| Business Description Welcome to World Gym. Our centre has been recently renovated and upgraded from the previous Sunshine Health and Fitness Centre it was known as previously. With a 2000sq metre facility we are able to provide a Health and Fitness experience that is now unrivalled in the Western Suburbs. Our facilities include; Cardio Theatre With over 70 pieces of Cardiovascular Equipment and 11 huge plasma screens to entertain, our Cardio Theatre makes aerobic training feel like a breeze. Group Fitness Room An enormous Group Fitness area will help with motivation and enthusiasm. With Les Mills classes; Body Pump, Body Balance and Body Attack combined with some World Gym favourites like Boxfit, Dancefit and Express Super circuit there is always a class to enjoy. Ladies Only Gym Our fully equipped Ladies Only Gym provides an excellent area for women to train with privacy, comfort and high quality equipment. Cosmic Cycle Theatre Our Cosmic Cycle Theatre provides a glow in the dark space scape to pedal away calories and improve fitness levels. Dedicated Boxing Room Our newly renovated boxing room provides heavy bags, speedballs, crazy balls and punching bags to improve health, strength, coordination and fitness. Main Gym and Weights Our weights area provides a comprehensive range of Free Weights and Pin Loaded Machines. Modern, well maintained equipment and plenty of it makes it easier to achieve the strength and conditioning goals you are aiming for. Personal Trainers Our highly qualified Personal Trainers will help to provide the most up to date Training prgrams and information. Both beginners and experts will benefit from the assistance and friendliness of the World Gym trainers. SHOKK Youth Gym The first youth Gym of it's kind in Australia, the SHOKK concept is aimed at improving the Health and Fitness of youths aged 8 to 15 years. Fully supervised every weekday between 3:30pm and 7:00pm providing a supervised, controlled and safe environmment for youths to workout. Junior World Is a supervised environment for the children to play in. Open between 9:15am and 12:30pm Monday to Friday.
