JCU Sport & Recreation Centre is a brand new multi million dollar facility which recently opened in April 2009. The centre compromises a group fitness arena, cardio theatre and resistance training areas. State of the art equipment with Technogym cardio and Cybex strength and free weights.

Our strength equipment caters for beginners all the way through to the advanced user and also includes specialist pieces for rehabilitation.

As a member of JCU Sport & Recreation Centre you can book in for regular assessments and programs with a qualified trainer throughout the term of your membership at no additional cost.

Or maybe you need a little more motivation to reach your goals, then check out our personal training options.

Personal Training

We have competetitve pricing available for Personal Training. This is a great option if you lack motivation and want to know how to get in shape fast.

Ladies Fit

Ladies Fit Camp is designed for ladies with a range of fitness levels and goals.

Taken 3 times a week for a 6 week period with a qualified personal trainer, Fit Camp keeps you motivated and provides a social environment with other like minded women.

Sessions are compromised of strength, cardio, agility and flexibility. Taken both indoors and outdoors.
