Real Deal Bootcamp delivers a variety of training options for you to realise your fitness goals.

RDB maximises training outputs with the use of proven military tools and techniques in a non threatening style. You will use ammo boxes, mock rifles, ropes, medicine balls, tyres, boxing equipment, ladders, carry back packs, run, crawl, roll, and have your body subjected to a variety of strength, agility and cardio workouts.

RDB conducts regular fitness assessments to gauge your cardio and strength improvements and provide award incentives at months end.
