Kids Fit: Is a Free childrens program run for Primary School Children ages 6-12. The classes are run by a qualified Personal trainer for 60mins and these classes are run during the school term. This helps promote active children and beat child obesity in our younger generation.

Creche / Child Care: Work out in peace knowing that your child or children are being looked after in a fun, caring environment by professionally qualified and experienced staff. Our facilities more then meet government regulations and provide a diverse range of safe activities to keep your child or children entertained; such as dress ups, cut and paste, colouring, play dough, theme parties and much more.

Pool Our gyms are so diverse in their range of services that some clubs also provide pool facilities for lap swimming and aqua aerobics. Water activities are highly recognised by health professionals for their rehabilitation benefits due to the minimal impact on joints. Our trained pool lifeguards and instructors will always be on hand, to ensure safety and correct technique.
