3E Mission statement:


Our aim at 3E FITNESS is to provide 'Expert Exercise Education' (3E) to all of our clients. We are passionate about health and fitness and our goal is to educate each and every one of our clients on the importance of making healthy lifestyle choices.

Business Summary:


3E Fitness is a small private studio/ fitness centre that caters to the whole family. We are located in Airport West, right off the freeway at 15 Howes Street.

Our facility consists of 2 areas. The first a private studio for personal training clients and the second area is a large sports hall for the running of all our group fitness sessions.

3E Fitness offers a wide variety of fitness training options: For adults we offer personal training sessions, small group training, evening, morning and mummy bootcamps.

Children's Fitness is our specialty. We offer fun fitness classes and athletic/ skill development for children from the age of 2, right through to teenagers. There are kids fitness classes and teen bootcamps, speed and agility sessions and functional strength and fitness development sessions. We also run children's fitness/ sports/ theme parties. All are run by highly experienced and qualified trainers. They are designed to be fun and effective and especially to make kids sweat!

3E Fitness was established in 2005 and since then has grown stronger and larger each year. This is the first year we have had our own facility! We have worked with a wide range of clients and worked towards many varied and different fitness goals. Check out our website for some client testimonials.
